Fireside Chats: Conversations That Spark

Intimate, unfiltered conversations with trailblazing voices in Black indie film, immersive media and creative technology. These sessions dive into the stories, strategies and challenges shaping the industry while sparking new ideas and possibilities for what comes next.

Ignition Labs: From Spark to Action

Directly following select Fireside Chats, these hands-on sessions turn inspiration into action. Guided by industry leaders, attendees will build skills, explore strategies and walk away with practical next steps they can apply to their own projects and careers.

Google AI Sprint

A collaborative creative sprint where participants explore emerging AI tools, develop new ideas and showcase what they build. The sprint is designed to help creators experiment, learn and imagine new possibilities for independent storytelling.

Wellness Moment

A grounding experience woven into the day to help attendees reset, reconnect and keep their creative energy flowing.

Sunset Movies & Mimosas

A special screening experience celebrating Black independent storytelling, paired with mimosas, conversation and community.

Networking & Closing Reception

We close the day with a reception featuring wine, champagne and light bites — a space to continue conversations, build relationships and celebrate the ideas, collaborations and connections sparked throughout the summit.
